Experience and/or knowledge in the elevator industry preferred.  Supervisor will be tasked with the pre-construction planning, coordination with general contractors, homeowners, and other trades, oversight of crews installing and servicing elevators, and be involved in the completion phases and inspections of elevators and related equipment. Applicant must also have experience in safety equipment and safety practices in the work place.

Common work from ladders is expected. All fall protection and safety equipment is provided. Position is full time averaging approximately 45 hrs. per week. Flexibility is required, as some out of town travel will be expected, commonly averaging 5-10 days per month. Position is offered use of a company vehicle, therefore applicant must have a clean driving record. Upon offer of employment, candidates must show proof of valid drivers license and pass a pre-employment drug screening. EOA.

Two years of related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching, or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Superior phone, organization, multitasking, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple written or verbal instructions

Duties include:

  • Manage all customers in assigned territory and maintain a good working relationship with client and property managers to ensure prompt communication & scheduling of required service and/or maintenance.
  • Receives and records all records of service and maintenance
  • Maintain list to follow up and call at 3, 6 & 12-month intervals after installation of new equipment.
  • Generate repair invoices & estimates for a customer in a timely manner
  • Will work with Parts Department & Operations during the repair process to assist in the timely completion of repair orders.
  • Track all approved repair estimates, lost estimates and closed estimates
  • Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in an appropriate manner while maintaining a high degree of integrity and composure in all situations.
  • Filing, Collections, Maintenance and Repair Sales
  • Assist in Marketing activities to achieve continued growth
